Golden Rule Health Insurance has very poor phone system. They kept me on hold for one hour...used up my minutes on the calling card, had to hung up and call back 4 times. Also, they have no "800" number for their clients, it is all long distance that is unless you live in ILL. They cover their ass nicely so you can not possibly even speak to anyone to assist you with your needs. What a mess, to treat customers poorly, we pay so much for our insurance plan...to be on hold for ONE HOUR IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! Just my Opinion..one customer calling in for assistance, now I have a large long distance bill.
