I read your question with some interest. Did you note that you were struggling as a 'worker' already in a 'low paying job'. Does the owner of your accounting firm not find clients - and you get all the grunt work. Seems you have an employee mentality which is out of sink with the premise behind these types of companies. You need to adopt an owner attitude and develop your own business - and get out of the 'worker mind set. There is not to my knowledge a company out there that pays the low end employee more than the executives. It's called free enterprise.
