Three years ago my business was virtually destroyed by fire. I am currently involved in litigation for numerous counts referencing bad faith claim. Hartford retained a hired gun RG Gallager to evaluate our business loss a million plus dollar loss was indicated by said {no loss] This accounting firm used frequently by Hartford evidently is known for this sort of evaluation to clearly save untold millions in unpaid claims monies. I am seeking other casualty loss cases similar to mine where Hartford clearly lost. My case is being heard in federal court November 2003. Any assistance with above mentioned would be most appreciated.
