Also, re: the $20M fine. The question is not whether you read some article. I don't believe it exists because not a single other person on the planet has seen it. But no matter. The issue is that you, as subject matter expert, started and perpetuated the rumour without doing even minimal due process and have yet to correct the implication that they were fined.
