No lets get this out of the way. You have no qualifications to discuss commercial p&c.

I "lost" no appointment with PFS. I resigned in disgust. You however lost your appointment with Prudential.

I am not Steve and never have been or claimed to be "Steve".

Your knowledge of business interruption coverage is woefully inadequate and would be dangerous to follow. As I have seen, you have no idea what you were selling.

Your example of a commercial business being covered by a business interruption policy for road construction which restricted access to the premises is LUDICROUS. That would NEVER be covered by any policy. If it were, the second the city announced the project would start in a year or six months, every business owner on the street would run to his agent and purchase coverage. Doesn't and never has worked that way.

You are a dangerous man with your half-truths and complete misinformation. That is the only time I post; when you are misinforming the public, as you have here.

Keep up the voices in your head telling you about a consipracy or 10 against you. Or perhaps you will seek psychiatric help....

: Let's get the first issue out of the way. The first issue is the statement on the wars board that the picture depicted that our poster placed on our board was a B&D tool. Even if it happened to be one, how would you know unless you have been hanging around the poster Steve too long because sexually orientated items is his bag, not anyone else's bag that I know of who posts to the Wars board.

: The is no BI or property loss in a basic Business Interruption policy. The policy is based upon loss of revenue to a business owner due to some of the examples I gave in my posting.

: So you went to your computer and looked up the Internet the wrong kind of policy in error thinking that you could bluff your way through the question I posed and at the same time bash and belittle me.

: Next issue. Admittedly you have stated that upon losing your appointment with Primerica you allegedly became an Insurance adjuster some fifteen years ago.

: Insurance Adjusters do not have P&C licenses, they have Adjusters Licenses.

: Therefore, your knowledge of P&C which Business Interruption is a "Commerical Lines" P&C product is even different and more difficult to obtain than a P&C personal lines insurance license.

: You are one big phony baloney Charlatan who attempts to impress the public that you are a Life, Health, Personal P&C Lines, Commercial P&C Lines which you are not.

: So, Keith aka Steve, I recognize that you are estute in the use of a computer and I have stated that I am a "Computer Dummy".

: I would simply sit back and let a qualified estute computer technician respond to a computer question you may ask on he Internet in lieu of reading a chapter of "Word 97 for Dummies" when the question posed pertained to "Sound Waves" and apply it to a non-related subject matter as you have just done.

: In the beginning I attempted to inform you of insurance related issues when you were posting so many erroneous statements on the Internet about, but for the sake of attempting to impress viewers to message boards that you know everything about everything and nobody had more knowledge surroundin insurance than you do, in your quest to make a name for yourself for once in your lifetime you to attempt to hoodwink the viewers of message boards with your rhetoric you read on the Internet to obtain an answer to my questions posed.

: You were referred to as a loser with the PFS Sales Division when PFS cancelled your appointment on you and the Canadian Ministry cancelled your Life Insurance License on you.

: You have been a loser your whole life unable to earn an income higher than a low income earner to which you havea admittedly stated yourself.

: I can understand your fetish and your jealously of my success in the Industry in as much as you are attempting to raise you low income and lifestyle by selling Primerica Public Information anyone can locate on the Internet.

: What is most sickening about you is, because of your personal jealously of your own brother also who had earned a name for himself in his industry prior to his death, you even want to be better known than your brother so you posted a message on the Internet desecrating your own brother name.

: I have attempted to ask you about computer techknowledgy in messages I posted on the Internet but you have refused to provide me with the Information not wanting me to learn computer techknowledgy from you.

: Therfore since you acclaim to be so estute in Insurance, other financial services, Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Insurance which obviously you are not, why don't you go pick someone elses brains to the questions you asked of me just instead of me supplying you with the answers to the questions you have posed to me, just like you refused to respond to the questions I asked of you surrounding computers.

: When you first learn the Basics of P&C coverages and you pass a P&C Commercial Lines licensing test, I then will enter into diaglog with you about that subject matter any time you care to.

: As I have previously stated in my postings directed at you other than being licensed for Life Insurance for a miniscule period of eight months four years ago, not only have you been a non-licensed life insurance agent, you do not now or have you ever had an Adjuster's licensing authority, a P&C Personal Line licensing authority or a P&C Commercial Lines licensing authority. You are neither an Ordained Minister, or you an authority on the subject of Ancestry either although you have also posted messages to the Internet that you are.

: What you are is a "First Class Phoney" imposter who has a serious need to establish a name for himself but inable to do so, and obviously you have a deep down fetish to want to be like me and have my track record that I have established within the Insurance Industry.

: As I told you many previous times, this is something that you have to earn, not steal, such as your two attempts to steal the "kenyoung4" message board I sponsored just to use my name to attrack attention to you.

: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

: : Further--most BI coverage is NOT written on an agreed amount per day of coverage, but for an annual limit (which is less expensive).

: : Mr. Expert--let us know how you would determine a BI loss under those circumstances. What two figures of the P&L statement should be added together to determine how much was lost.

: : Also--is it possible to have a BI loss, even if the business is losing money before the date of loss?

: : You won't answer, just launch into more personal attacks. YOu don't know the answers.

: :
: : : Wrong again Kenny. You have no concept of the subject and no knowledge, so stop embarassing yourself.

: : : In order for BI coverage to kick in, there must be a COVERED CAUSE OF LOSS. MOST (CP1030, CP1010 for two) policies do NOT consider interruption of utility service to be a covered cause of loss.

: : : No covered cause of loss, no coverage. And you really used to sell P&C to people. Hope you had GOOD E&O coverage, because you had no idea what you were selling.

: : : Go back under your rock.

: : : : : Ken,

: : : : : Wrong board for that. Nobody cares.

: : : : : As if anybody would take advice from a fool anyway.

: : : : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

: : : : "BOZO".................

: : : : You posting is erroneous and misinforming again.

: : : : This board's intent is for people to vent who have reason to believe they have been abused by insurance companies and insurance agents.

: : : : Since you have demonstrated time and time again through your posting on different message boards on the Internet that you have no businessman's prowess what so ever, it would be justified for just about everyone to assume that is the reason you are uninformed and also a low income earner.

: : : : One of your obvious inherent problems is that you attempt to speak for everyone and not just for yourself as you have also demonstrated by posting, "no one is interested".

: : : : In fact, unlike your pseudo e-mail addresses that you post under, my e-mail bag stays quite busy and this morning I received three e-mail messages inquiring if there is some kind of insurance policy that would cover such a loss.

: : : : Being that you have demonstrated that your general knowledge of insurance and financial matters is very limited as you have previously demonstrated in all of your previous postings to the Internet, it is obvious that you do not know the correct answer to the question I posed on my message that you are responding to.

: : : : Now copy this answer down and add it to your Ken Young file so you can use it and take credit for knowing the answer to a insurance question as you have previously done over and over again on the Internet.

: : : : Yes, there is an insurance policy that would have covered the loss incurred by the car wash owner. The type of policy is known as "BUSINESS INTERRUPTION INSURANCE".

: : : : The policy provides the owner of a business a fixed amount of income if in the even his business is interrupted by an act such as the City repairing a road infront of his business prohibiting entry to his location, a fire, water damage and so on and so on.

: : : : Because you have demonstrated on Internet message boards over and over again you have no basic knowledge of of conducting business lacking a business mind and only a small limited amount of knowledge about insurance and financial matters, it is obvious that you will never have a need for a "BUSINESS INTERRUPTION" policy.

: : : : Now that I have picked you up and chewed you again for attempting to bash me on this board again WAFI, I can spit you out for fodder once more 64.216.218.36.
