I am the President of the Majestic Pines Homeowners Association
in Naples, FL. The board of Directors would like to know if there is
such a thing as directors insurance? If one of the members of the
Association decided to sue one of the board members, how can the
Volunteer Board of Directors protect themselves? Is there such
insurance and who can I contact? Thank you.
