Listen, this company is all about the bottom line. I know of several people who have submitted legitimate claims supported by their doctors and standardized medical tests. UNUM's position has and will probably always be to deny all claims. Their senior staff's salary is largely based on denying claims and this of course includes their medical people. This company is pure evil and I don't know how their medical staff can sleep at night knowing they've ruined people's lives for their own financial gain. Rest assured, their time will come and it won't be pretty.
