My dad had had Amica for the longest time, he doesnt have time to review each month's billings etc.. I signed up for it.. and every single month there's an issue or another with them.

My 1st bill was what it was suppose to be.
All of a sudden, my 2nd bill was twice as much.. when i called up i found out they put my dad's 2nd car on my account. I was going to pay it, but then i found out that my dad paid it was well.
SO THEY CHARGED ONE CAR on TWO ACCOUNTS
when i told them to take that off.. they said they CANNOT take the amount off "because that's what the computer system wants, that amount, and the balance will carry over next month unless u pay it now, we'll overcharge you & take it out of your premium"

Then I recieved an email telling that my only car will be taken out of my account and i'm to hand over licence plates!
I WAS SO SCARED that they took my only car off an auto insurance.. I can't be uninsured.. so i called them up.. and they said.. oh, well that was the previous car..
and so i told them.. I NEVER ADDED A 2nd car, why does this letter say, "as per my request to take off my 2nd car".. that was the mistake by AMICA but they won't accept it when it comes down to documenting things right.

ANYHOW.. i've had them for a few months..
Each time i talk to them it's SO FRUSTRATING it's unbelievable!

DO NOT GET AMICA.. Plus, you can get tons of car insurance quotes cheaper than them.

I moved from a cheaper auto insurance state to more expensive one..and found all the quotes of the new state is cheaper than Amica.

DO NOT GET AMICA - In fact, they should be reported to better business bureau
