Lean on your public adjuster; thats what you hired him for. Not clear what he is not doing - maybe you can elaborate.
Nationwide is probably moving the matter towards arbitration - which you must go to long before initiating any suit against the company.
As far as 1/3 the repair estimate, who wrote it? You might want to get another quote from a contractor not involved with the public adjuster or the insurance company.
Also--running out of time - I assume this is because Nationwide has told you they will pay for your additional living expenses only for the "reasonable period of repair". If you are running out of time, again push your PA to go to a resolution or arbitration immediately.
: Need some advise with regards to a loss of my home in Mt. Siani, NY. Public adjuster is not doing what he promissed for his 4%. The Nationwide insurance company has only offered 1/3 of what the estermit for repair is. How do you get things under control without a costly law suit. Can anyone give me some sound advice. Running out of time.
