Agent: i bought a car from a dealership with my friend. the car was intended for him and they knew that. we signed all the paper work together. then they went behind our backs and destroyed all the papers he signed and just submitted mine. know his car is completly in my name and that was not what we wanted. i am trying to get info on straw purchase, and what i should do about this. i know that what they did is illegal but where do i began? can anyone give me advise on this? thanks--amber
