I know this recommendation is expensive but in
the end it is well worth the dollars. Hire
an attorney who has litigated this type of case before
and do it right now!!!! If you don't, you may never
get your claim paid and in the end you will waste
thousands and thousands of dollars on litigation
expenses. I know from personal experience.
Borrow the money if you must. But, get an
attorney now.
