I am so glad I am not insured by Mercury Ins. One of their clients caused my husband to total his truck by pulling out in front of him. The claim adjuster they assigned to us is very rude and wants me to make all the calls for him to find out what the total appraisal is on our truck since it was totalled. Maybe I should apply for a job there after all you can just sit on your A... and not do anything.
