: If a person goes on Long Term Disability provided by Liberty Mutual while employed and continue to work second job which he/she can do from home, about 8 hours a week seasonally, can the LTD be denied or reduced by earned amount from the second job? Can a person get fired while on long term disability? Can a person be required by the insurance to apply for SSI and Medicare?

: Any useful links would be appreciated as well.

: Thanks!

Below is the best link I know of for disability insurance answers. You need to know what your policy says. You can be required to apply for SSDI, You can be fired and you can have your disability benefits offset by what you receive from SSDI and other sources of income as stated in you policy.
