: The accident was on Feb 6, 2003 its now April 17th. They spent $16 to get a letter to me in 2 days but the check the just mailed regular. They have also lied at least 3 times that I have caught them. They have been out to screw me from day one. Thank God they are not my personal company. I plan on filing any and all complaints against them that I can. They should not be allowed to continue selling auto insurance in my state.
Just be glad VERY glad you don't have AIG.......stay as FAR FAR away from AIG as you can
