The accident was on Feb 6, 2003 its now April 17th. They spent $16 to get a letter to me in 2 days but the check the just mailed regular. They have also lied at least 3 times that I have caught them. They have been out to screw me from day one. Thank God they are not my personal company. I plan on filing any and all complaints against them that I can. They should not be allowed to continue selling auto insurance in my state.
