I'am not satisfied with this company and their method of payment at all...My husband is covered by the Toronto Police dept Family benefits and I am covered by the city of toronto Family benefits...We have no children covered there are just the 2 of us..I have made at least 20 calls to manulife to cover a drug my husband needs..because we both have manulife he must submit to his carrier(WHO DOES NOT COVER THIS DRUG) then submit to manulife...Manulife has been covering this drug for 2 yrs under my plan!!! BUT we did as requested 1 month ago and still have NOT recieved payment..Mmmmmmm wonder if manulife would like it if the city of toronto and the police dept didnt pay theire Bills...WE PAY for this coverage its NOT free manulife it included in out contracts....NOW can someone please find out what is wrong NOW...Thank you Donna Johnston...416-762-3465
