How about this one? I've been with Mercury for about 10 years. I let my policy lapse for 1 day, and got hit by an uninsured driver the very next day (before I paid). I went home and paid over the phone....
Now, Mercury is not going to cover me at all!
This company has no exceptions for loyal customers. It's obvious I was just late in paying, and that I'm not one of these people that changes companies given a better quote. But they don't care. as long as they get off on a technicality, they don't mind screwing me.
