I was rear ended last year 2004...the other driver was ticket by the officer and found at fault, safeco told me go ahead and pay your $500 deductable and we will get it back to you...right!! This is 2005 and still waiting, Safeco finally returned my call and stated the other parties ins does not mediate, therfore i am out the $500 dollars...i am cancelling my policies and asking everyone else to do the same!
