Finally someone who agrees that UHC is too big for their own good. They do suck and suck and suck. Have you hear of double dipping? Every claim that goes in comes out with double deductibles when the policy clearly states that the patient is only responsible for one deductible. In addition, it takes months to resolve every single claim due to the incompetancy of their "customer service" morons.
I have to call 3 times to resolve these "double bills" and I've figured out that the purposely do this to generate more income while blaiming on the programing department. Since UHC is my only option through my employer, I have decided to sue UHC for loss time and punitive damages. I've asked on 6 occassion this year for them to rectify this situation and they keep coming up with more excuses and blaiming other departments which I'm not able to contact. Just try to contact someone who knows what is going on in this company! I've written letters to the head customer service department and they've gone unanswered, never answered for months. It's no longer personal, this company will pay for its mistakes because as consumers we must fight the bullshit!!!
