I believe the problems occur more often, NOT to their own clients, rather to those persons that have damages DUE to their clients that they insure. Those are the ones that they lowball and screw around with on settlements.
: However, since they have always comethrough for me and have always been an efficient organization from my perspective, I will stick with them-despite the higher cost.
