Your absolutely right, their claims representatives are about as ruthless and rude as anyone I have ever dealt with and they do everything within their power to rip off those that they have a responsibility to for damages when it is clearly their clients fault in accident. They have continually gave me a run-a-round and took 3 weeks to even accept fault in the accident and then once done, make an absurd offer on the property and informed me since they made the offer, like it or not, that Car rental would end in 3 days. So.. off to file a suit against them for arbitration next week, but I will be keeping the rent-a-car and that will be part of the arbitration payments.
