Pacificare is nothing but a bunch of liars !!!
They promise to help their members and then leave them holding the bag...just like they did to me and my family. They are disgusting and I would not recommend them to anyone.
They screwed us up but good and when to try to get them to undo it all they do is try to lay the blame on others. By the way, if you are an attorney or know of one, I am wanting to file a lawsuit against them for bad faith. We religiously pay our insurance bill every month only to find that because of their errors and their unwillingness to even accept responsibility for them--let alone correct them--we owe about 5000 dollars that we can't pay for the care of my 6 month old son. We are being harrassed by the medical billers and threatened with a lawsuit owing to PACIFICARE'S incompetence.
