adjusters at cgu are crooks!!

recently we were in a minor car accident and through this whole claim process cgu has been AWFUL. the claim adjuster made a statement in the beginning we are at fault. after much explaining he finally get it! and apologized. how pathetic. probably they don't even employ people who are licensed. if you have cgu insurance, the best service is NOT to get yourself in an accident.
