: : : First you must first study and then pass you State P&C license. You are looking at approximately 240-hours of manditory classroom study in most States. They you sit for your exam test. Many States require that you may only sit for your exam if you have a sponsor willing to appoint you as an agent.

: : Am I hearing you correctly...you're saying that most states require a manditory classroom study of 6 weeks???? Can you give proof of just one State that requires manditory classroom study of 240 hours?

: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

: TO: EXPOSED
: FROM: KEN YOUNG

: --------------------> In response to your question, "yes" I can.

: One of those States is the State of Florida.

: You are required to attend 240 hours of pre-licensing P&C study only being allowed a 10% margin of missing being present in the classroom when roll call was taken; you must first pass with a grade of seventy (70) or higher a test illustrating that you have learned enough in class to sit for the Florida P&C licensing exam; and then you must pass the Florida P&C test to be issued a licensing authority in that State.

: Guess what, "Exposed". You personally have just been "exposed" by me again of also lacking the proper knowledge in knowing about P&C licensing also.

: You took your shot at me from the hip and you missed again. You should have first asked the question before you doubted my word then you would not have gotten egg all over you face again, "Exposed".

: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Sorry Ken, but you have been EXPOSED! You are incorrect! Florida does not have a requirement of 240 manditory hours of pre-licensing P&C study! Here is the link to the Florida DOI stating the requirements: http://www.doi.state.fl.us/Agents/indextest.html. Would you like to try again? You only have 49 more States to go through! What were you saying about exposing me???? HA! HA! Gotcha!
