I am a temporary underwriting assistant at UNUM in Maine. I am sorry to hear about your experience. Yes, things often seem screwy. I wouldn't ever go through them, after seeing what I see on a daily basis. I wish you much luck. My mother also suffers from fibromyalgia, and I know what a horrible illness it really is.
