Ok, I am a single mom with a 16 yr old daugter, and two years ago my license was suspended because my car insurence was dropped. Now the problem is I didnt relize that I had to hand in my license plates to the DMV, and because of this they suspended my license but if I handed my plates in their would be no way for me to get to my job and get my daugter to school, doctor ect. So I stupidly did not hand in my plates. Now times are better and I can afford insurence but because I have been driving around with my suspended lisence I'm so afraid that if I go to the DMV to try and clear this up that they will arrest me or something! Is there any way I can clear this up without having to be arrested?!
