A 22 year old totaled her 2001 Lexus in my front yard driving drunk. Her relative (I assume) has the insurance and car in his name and it is insured by Chubb. She ran into/over my pump house in the front, destroying the well & house. She ran into a full growth tree and knocked it over. She came into my house and dripped blood (pathogen status unknown) on my living room carpet. The home was under contract and the buyer backed out due to the wreck and subsequent negligence of Chubb Insurance, leaving dead a $189K purchase deal. Now I am left with alot of damages and no buyer for my house.
