I asked them for the name of a physical therapist. I went there but UHC is NOT paying all the bills. Not only that, but they are NOT calling the therapist. They don't return calls either.
I have had them go over the charges (they claim they are duplicates but the charges are separate for each limb) and they make alot of promises but they never follow through.
So - the bills are unpaid even though they should be. Guess who gets the bad credit rating?? NOT UHC.
When you call their Customer Service you first have to thread your way through an ungodly phone menu. I've gotten into areas I've never hear of because I didn't put in the right number. Only to have to hang up and start all over!
Once you get through to Customer Service I can invision them putting the information on an etch-a-sketch toy and shaking it up once I hang up. It seems that I get the same results.
