They absolutely suck at everything they do. I switched from Prefered Care, and man, was that a mistake. Do not ever use United Health Care. They make tons of mistakes. They won't pay for anything. And the worst thing is: You can't call them and talk to a human! God, I hate their automated line, because they can never solve any of the constant problems that they create. They just suck. They are poorly managed, they make you jump through hoops to get paid for a claim, and they pay out about 10 percent of my bill. God, I can't wait until I can switch away from them
