I used to have AMICA and they hassled us on a claim where my wife got hit by a guy backing out of his space in a parking lot without looking. They wanted to hit us for our $500 deductible when it was clearly not our fault. They finally paid up when we went to the claims adjusters supervisor. I now have a similar problem with Mercury Insurance. Got any ideas? I would appreciate any help or direction.
