Just for thought When reading UNUMProvident's own material find out what the real facts are before you consider it to be the truth. There have been federal judges that have made remarks about UNUMProvident truthfullness.

UNUMProvident claimed That they were one of AMERICA'S MOST ADMIRED " insuance" COMPANIES in a press Release issued Wednesday 9/25/2002.
They were 10TH out of a list of 10. They just compaired themselves to companys such as Enron, WorldCom, and Kmart. Thease companys were also in the most admired company list in there industery.
Companys get in this list by being one off the 10 largest
companys in their industry. UNUMProvident got there because
they were #8 in size, but was rated worst of the list.
