This is exactly what you need to be promoted to RVP in PFS in the USA:

>Have six District Leaders (or above) in place**
>Submit $20,000 in Bonusable Premium during two consecutive months (minimum $8,000 in both months)
>Have acceptable persistency
>Execute RVP Agreement
>Provide upline RVP with replacement leg(s) - RVP’s choice: one Regional Leader or two Division Leaders or three District Leaders
>Be securities licensed and securities principal licensed to receive full securities compensation*
>Must have OSJ and SNSD approval
>Be full time

This is what you need to qualify as District Leader:
>Produce one Senior Representative
>Submit $2,500 in Bonusable Premium in one month

This is what you need to qualify as a Senior Representative:
>Produce three Associates
>Complete your personal FNA

And this is what you need to qualify as an Associate
>Submit Independent Business Application
>Obtain Solution Number

So the organization would look something like this
