I am trying to annutitze my 2 annuities, but since we started with National Home Life the policies have changed to different companies. I believe we started with National Home Life sometime in the 1960's to 1970's to 1980's. The name at that time was Raymond James Haule and Catherine Thompson Haule. My husband Raymond Haule died and I remarried. My name is Catherine Ida Bogart. I am now with Hardford and they need to know the cost basis of the annuities.
