Do any of you know anything about this company please? I have been very worried by the poor customer service since I first started the procedure of taking out a policy with them over six months ago. I just have this awful feeling about this company that if I take out this life insurance policy they will be just as inefficient when it comes to the payout! Who monitors insurance companies? Where can I find out about this company and where would I make a complaint? Thank you in advance for any help you can give.
