In some states if you are sustantially at fault, you may not be able to claim damages.
Who was at fault? What did the company communicate to you that lead you to claim bad faith and did they deny your claims in writing?
Also did you have comprehensive coverage on your policy?

: had accident insurance with monumental life stonebridge and aaa was lead to believe that coverage will pay if injured in accident had accident sustained lower back and hip efusion injuries filed claimed with supporting documents but company will not pay was out of work for 2months occurred medical and therapy expenses also car was totaled had to buy another car had to borrow money to help with bill canceled insurance because companies was not honorable did not do what they claimed to do and could no longer afford to keep coverage because of expenses.
