I have been patiently waiting since March to be reimbursed for a claim. First they issued it three hundred dollars short, then the balance never arrived, they reissued another check to the provider even though I was the one that originally paid. Now they say it will take another 15 days.
I have never dealt with a company that screwed up so royally and don't give a damn about satisfying the customer.
If you have a choice to do not choose this company as your health care provider cause they suck big time!!!!!!!
