Yes, Unum has denied me Long Term Disability, they have put me through hell, there 1st excuse for denying me was that I did not work in Hardware. When it was verified that I did work in Hardware Unum went back to their old excuse that they didn't have enough evidence to prove my disability in spite of having 9 doctors. Unum is a bad faith insurance company & people need to start writing to the State of Maine's governor & Insurance Co. that allows Unum to operate in the state. Also, we all need to get together & file a Class Action lawsuit against Unum Provident.
