Class Action Suit which was adjudicated in New Mexico

To Whom It May Concern,
Today received notification that the recent class action suit has been settled. I certainly was surprised as I had no idea there was such a suit going on. In any event I have one question regarding my father's policies with John Hancock. Unfortunately he passed away May 21, 2002. I would like to know as one of his daughters and beneficieres if my father's policies are eligible and how the bank should proceed. I say the bank as the policies were held in trust. Thank you.
