It is not often that I become upset enough with Geico Representative's to write a letter to the customer complaint department. However, a recent deduction on my checking account has me both angry and frustrated and more than a little disappointed.
I have been over deducted for not completing an unmotorist document that has never been submitted to my home. I complete all forms submitted to my home on a timely manner and expect the same from your company.
I would appreciate a credit back to my checking account as soon as possible.
I hope that your concern about this situation will make it possible for you to resolve it without any further action on my part.
