This is the worst health insurance company I've ever dealt with. The customer service reps. are ill trained to handle complicated medical billing and patient questions. On more than one occasions I was told a claim would be paid. It is now 1 year later and the claim still has not been paid for necessary medical treatment. If you have a choice with your company, do yourself a favor and do not select United Healthcare.
