I went to an Opp Night with a friend and Primerica sounded so exciting and what they do to help people get out of debt, put that savings into mutual funds for the future, and better coverage on life insurance sounded great. I was a little impulsive and gave my $199 away. I haven't truly began studying but I'm realizing financial services isn't what I want to do part-time or full-time. I'm still in college. I just wanted extra money to pay off credit cards. I was told there's a phone number I need to call to get my money back. I'm a little afraid to tell my friend I don't want to do this even after I said I would. My husband thinks it's a bad idea but he says whatever I want to do it's fine. I know he said it because he doesn't want to sound like jerk and not support me, but I know how he feels about this...same concept like Amway and other companies that do sales and we make money on the people we recruit and who the recruit and so forth. Do anyone know the phone number I need to call to get my money back? I just want to take care of this myself and not have to explain to my friend. I know sounds like I'm chicken to try this but I went to a meeting with my team and I don't like to be rushed to do sales or recruiting.
