commission is paid by company not by individual, i dont know who you met, but seems like it was someone pretending to be.
one thing is you dont get paid for recruit, when you guys do work" as team, as hard as you do with any other work, it will work for you, if you dont have patience, and perserverance then it is not right for you sir.
it is only for people who want to help people and make people dream possible, then reward follows.
i have been working since 12/03. it worked for me, yes it costed me 200 dollars but it was contributed toward my two year license. you would pay for any course or material or simply even books or pens, if you were to start "any bizz" before you conclude always always look into it and see for yourself if what you hear from other people is right or wrong.
then, only then you will know for real.
