: I was a Regional Leader, was there almost three years, and was high on the National (notice, not just State) leader's bulletins for production and income prior to leaving. My RVP was totally unprofessional, but my NSD was very professional. He ran a very nice office and conducted himself professionally (until I left, when he went crazy).

: I would consider the following, however: It doesn't matter whether you are in the most professional or least professional office in the company. The bottom line is this - your term insurance is, literally, 50 to 100% more than most companies. No matter how many times it is denied, the truth remains the truth. You can't help people with health problems get insurance. While Traveler's is a great, highly esteemed company, the Primelite annuity is very expensive (even more expensive than the mirror annuity Traveler's sells) and doesn't have a lot of additional benefits many annuities have today. "Price is only an issue in the absence of value" right? Show someone the value to your term vs. any of the many companies that market the same product, often with better added benefits, for half the price.

: I didn't leave because I was unhappy, or because I'm a quitter (I'm having much more success now that I can do so much more for my clients and give my recruits a lot more freedom), or because I try everything and bash it. I had a great attitude and was doing everything I needed to do to go RVP. I just didn't want the restrictive contracts, the obligation to fit everyone into my one product instead of fitting the product to them, or the remarkably low securities contract. I wanted to be free to do the best for my client, my agents, and myself. PFS is the perfect company for some, but I could no longer sell term that costs as much as universal life, or be mandated to follow a 35 page contract.

: Good luck to you.

Good for you, I would like to show where I'm at now I left the carrot company.
