I have faxed out 2 copies of the same claim that needs to be paid before they turn it over for collections! The people I have talked to at the insurance company state they have not received either of these faxes. One person even gave me a tracking number which is: B22071112431ABL for this claim and today the woman said that doesn't matter. What do I need to do in order to get these to the claim department? This needs to be taken care of ASAP. I hate to mail the claim because then I have to wait a longer period of time before I can even check into the fact about if you had received the claim. I need to know if I even have the right fax number: 1-801-567-5497. If this is not correct what is the right one and I think it would be wise if I put it to the ATTN. of someone so it doesn't get lost for a third time. I have been working with this claim now for over one month. The date of service was 3/20/02. Please let me know what the Hell I have to do to get it to the right people?? Please advise me, this is inregards to the provider: Rural Metro Ambulance Company when they took me to a hospital in Omaha. Please email me ASAP about this claim. Tank you, Vicky Levander P.S.
