This business is not for everyone. The definition for a recuiter in sales and marketing definitely does not fit you. So instead, move on knowing this is career field is not for you. Instead of slandering the company, try to find a solution for you, which is to find your niche in another career. It's easy to be negative about an experience you are not made for. In sales and marketing, its persistence, determinations, perserverance and a hell of alot of hard work. If you were to call any financial service company go and interview them and see what the agent representatives have to endure. I'll guarantee you will find similarities. At least what I have heard about that company (WFG) is that they terminate you if you committ an act of fraud ie..take cash from your customers v. check, money order, not follow through w/your continuing education, delinquencies in error and omission fees or mislead your customers with false statements, etc.. Other financial companies will terminate their employees similar to WFG but their number one goal is based on production v. recruiting. Just think, they are out to sell to customers on retirement and investment products that may not be suited for the individual or family instead of thinking "how can we help you". That's the flip side of WFG, but a positive side. I envy WFG, because I work for a financial service company where we have quotas that we have to meet monthly ie..make at least $15k/mon or else find yourself another job. I maybe looking into that company. I'm sure I can get away with personal production v. recruiting. Since I'm good at production from past/current experience then, surely they can use me to write business. I'll just be adament about not recuriting and just be a personal producer. Time to move on....................Mr.
