I represent one USA financial company which is a matchmaking company. We are a third party.
We match up clients with the different investors that we have under contract with us.
We do have angel investors on board as well. We have investors that specialize in all projects.
As far as funded deals and credentials go, that would depend on which investor takes an interest to your deal or project.
To find out if anyone is interested, the first, and mandatory step of the funding process if to fill out the QIF (Quick Information Form)
the company will usually find out within a few business days whether or not there are any investors interested.
