I am looking for a lawyer who will sue Unum Provident for a disability claim that I filed for in January 2002 & am still waiting for. I have all the evidence that makes this a walk in / walk out case. Also, I would ask that this attorney work on a pro bono basis & that if I do get a settlement that he doesn't take all of my settlement. Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Time is of the essence because of the excruciating pain I'm in & my desperate need for medical insurance which I can not afford at this time.
