I am have a lot of problems with United Healthcare on there coverage. They are constantly making errors in coverage. Since March of this year they have made 10 errors in payments of billing. I am retired from Lucent and UHC is the company that handles thier insurance. I have not been able to find anyplace to contact except UHC. With them I get pat answers, repeat errors and have to continually make phone calls and write letters. There must be some place or some one I can contact to get this problem corrected.
