how do i join usaa team

I have worked with USAA as a DRP cordinator for a large body shop and would like to know how I can join their team ? I have written hundreds of damage appraisals for them for a few years and would love to join their team, however I have been told that since I dont have any insurance exp.it would be very difficult to join,,, anyone have any tips ???
