re: Hi I was wondering how much it would cost monthly for a 16 year old to have a 4-wheel drive, 2003 Jeep Wrangler? Thanks a alot! - Ashley

Not to be rude, but if you have to ask, you can't afford it.

But (seriously), the 16-year old can't get auto insurance - I assume that's the nature of the question - in most states without being on a parent's policy as an addition.

It's best to start with the parent's auto insurer and get a quote from them. Often, with multiple car discounts and other coverage (home, perhaps), the price can be quite good.

One question: why would anyone put a 16-year old in a 2003 ANYTHING, let alone a Jeep Wrangler? (This sounds like an accident waiting to happen.) Good luck, Paul
